Canberra Water Polo Academy would like to recognize a number of players that have recently made Australian Junior Teams.

Tim Reeves has recently been chosen to represent Australia at the 2014 Youth World Championships in August. Tim has been apart of the squad for two years and to be one of 13 selected in the final team is a tremendous effort. Tim will depart Australia in July to participate in a number of overseas training camps before traveling to Istanbul, Turkey for the World Champs.

Jean-Baptise Spahr has also been selected to represent his country in the Australian B97 team that will travel to New Zealand and compete in the Pan Pacific Youth Water Polo Festivial. This is the first time the B97 team will tour in preparation for the 2017 Junior World Championships. J-B was also recently selected into the Australian Schoolboys Team after competing for ACT at the Australian Schools Championships. This will also mean a trip to New Zealand to compete against New Zealand Schoolboys in a test series to be held in December.
