In 3 weeks time the Canberra Water Polo Academy is going on tour to New Zealand. Over 70 athletes will be competing in the Pan Pacific Youth Water Polo Festival, Pan Pacs for short.

Pan Pacs is the largest junior Water Polo tournament in the Southern Hemisphere and involves teams from New Zealand, Australia, America and regions of ASIA. It involves a number of National and State based teams as well as a number of club teams, giving CWPA athletes exposure to a range of different levels of competition.

CWPA is sending boys and girls teams for 14’s, 16’s, 18’s and 20’s competitions and looking to place well in all competitions. Most teams also have a number of players from interstate joining in on the tour as well as a couple of athletes from California in the United States. This gives our players the opportunity to form stronger relationships between themselves but also make new friendships.

Results and updates will be posted on the Canberra Water Polo Academy Facebook page, which can be found below. Make sure to LIKE this page to keep up to date with the tour.
